Our Travel Advisory Policy

Vaca Rentalz (VR) understands that from time-to-time your booking may be affected by weather or natural disasters that are not planned.  In such cases, we make every possible effort to keep you informed and to provide you with the level of service that you require so that you can manage your bookings and plan around these unforeseen circumstances. If a Travel Advisory exists, we will display details about the advisory on our website, how your booking may be affected and the process for how to proceed with as little stress and inconvenience as possible.

As a guest of Vaca Rentalz we appreciate your loyalty and the trust you place in us as a travel partner.


Recognizing the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests and employees. With that in mind we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.

COVID-19 Announcement

VR Guests & Partners,

Your health and wellbeing are our top priority. We wanted to share with you the steps we are taking to keep all of our guests and employees safe during these uncertain times.

 

We are extending a 30% discount to anyone who stays longer than 14 days. Our private spaces have plenty of room to work or study, and keyless entry which limits personal interaction. 

 

We will maintain our existing high standards of cleanliness and provide additional training to our cleaning partners about appropriate disinfecting techniques.

 

To increase social distancing, many gyms, roof top terraces and common areas may have limited or no access and local businesses may be closed.

As of March 16, 2020 all VR employees are required to work remotely from home until May 30th, 2020.

 

We’re encouraging our entire community, including VR guests, to exercise recommended social distancing practices and asking any Vaca Rentalz employee or partner who feels ill to stay home.

 

Given local mandates, we are focused on supporting only the most critical needs of our guests. All other requests may be delayed or denied. We are following social distancing practices and have instructed our teams to give guest key-less entry; check-in / check-out options.

 

An update to our cancellation policy 

We’ve increased flexibility for all reservations made directly on VacaRentalz.com. We will provide Vaca Rentalz credits for the full value of the booking on cancellations made 24 hours before arrival, no questions asked. Credits can be used towards future reservations and are valid for one year from the time of cancellation.
